KAMWI PAY is an invite-only platform. You must provide accurate registration details, complete phone verification, and satisfy identity verification requirements before full account features are available.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and device access secure. You must notify KAMWI PAY promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may use the platform only for lawful borrowing, lending, repayments, and related account management. You must not submit false information, misuse invite codes, interfere with platform operations, or attempt to manipulate trust scores or wallet balances.

KAMWI PAY may suspend, restrict, or close accounts where misuse, fraud risk, or regulatory concerns are identified.

Loan visibility, pricing, and availability are influenced by platform rules, trust relationships, repayment behavior, and risk controls. Approval is not guaranteed, and displayed limits or rates may change over time.

Borrowers remain responsible for timely repayment according to the accepted loan terms. Lenders remain responsible for their own lending decisions within the platform.

Deposits, withdrawals, and related transfers are processed subject to supported payment channels, account verification checks, and operational controls. KAMWI PAY may delay, reject, or reverse activity where verification is incomplete or risk controls require review.

Platform fees, service charges, or other disclosed costs may apply where stated in the product experience or related transaction details.

You agree to indemnify and hold KAMWI PAY, its operators, and service providers harmless against claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable expenses arising from your misuse of the platform, breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.

This indemnity applies to losses connected to false identity details, misuse of invite access, unauthorized payment instructions, manipulation of platform data, or any other activity that exposes KAMWI PAY or other users to avoidable harm.

KAMWI PAY may keep records relating to invitations, payments, repayments, trust events, identity verification, and account activity for security, operational, legal, and dispute-handling purposes.

You agree that important notices may be delivered through the platform, SMS, or other contact details associated with your account.

KAMWI PAY may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated version takes effect may require renewed acceptance.
